Delete your Taaco account
Deleting your account removes it and everything attached to it: profile, goals, weights, food log, workouts, the whole conversation, and the internal records of what Taaco did. It is immediate, permanent, and there is no copy kept to restore from.
In the app, or right here
- Open Tacoo AI, or sign in on this site.
- Go to Progress and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete everything.
You are signed out as soon as it is done. Nothing is retained.
If you cannot sign in
Email us from the address you registered with and we will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply. We cannot act on a request from a different address, because the email is the only thing we know about you.

What is deleted, and what is not
- Deleted: your account row and every table that references it, in one transaction. Audit events and assistant run records included: a right to erasure that leaves a trail of you is not erasure.
- Never kept: voice recordings and meal photos are discarded the moment they are transcribed or described, so there is nothing of those to delete.
- Outside our control: the model provider, Groq, processes chat text, audio and images on our behalf under its own retention terms, linked from the privacy policy.
